The health and safety of our subscribers, ticket holders, staff, artists and community are our top priorities.
We know many have questions about the upcoming season and what the experience of attending the theatre will be like. Please rest assured, all decisions regarding the necessary protocols and policies for the health and safety of our audiences will be guided by medical and public health advice and will comply with local government regulations. We will communicate details about health and safety protocols in the venue as we get closer to the first production.
Our Commitment to You
As we look forward to re-opening our doors for the upcoming Broadway in Portland season, nothing is more important than the health and safety of our audiences, staff, artists, and community. If we need to cancel any performance at any time for any reason – the value of your ticket is safe. You may receive a credit, refund, or be able to donate the value of your tickets.

The price of each Subscription seat reflects the face value of your tickets, $50 in handling fees, a total of $28.50 in facility fees for a 6-show package applicable taxes, and, if applicable, the $80 Premium Subscription fee.
Prices, shows, dates, schedules, venues and artists are subject to change without notice. Depending on production requirements, seating may occasionally become available in the orchestra pit without notice. All sales are final. No refunds. Season Subscriptions, and all tickets and additional tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America® Standard Season Subscription Terms and conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/SubscriberTerms. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions.
*Premium subscriptions (Orchestra Sections B-D, Rows PA-X and Center Boxes) include an $80 fee for each subscription seat purchased. Premium subscribers receive priority access to premium seat locations, available only to these subscribers, prior to tickets being placed on sale to the general public. Additional benefits for Premium subscribers include the benefits indicated in the Benefits Chart above.
***Exchanges and subscriber additional tickets are subject to availability. For exchanges, the difference must be paid if exchanging into a higher priced seating location or performance. Deadline for exchanging is 7 business days from the opening of the show being moved out of or into, whichever comes first. Exchanges for lower-priced tickets will result in a credit to your subscriber account. Additional restrictions may apply.
Account Credit is not redeemable for cash, is non-transferrable, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) toward the purchase of tickets for Broadway in Portland shows directly through Broadway across America. Account credit may have an expiration date. Please see Account Credit Terms & Conditions.
****The ability to exchange or swap-a-show will become available at the subscriber on sale period. ONE SHOW, per account, per season may be swapped. Deadline for swapping is 10 days before the first show in the season.
*Beginning with the 2023/2024 season, your subscription will be automatically renewed each year using your most recent payment method on file and using the same payment schedule chosen for the previous season. If you’re not interested in the upcoming season, you’ll be able to cancel easily if you contact us within 30 days after the season announcement. A valid email address and credit card are required.
If using a payment plan, the full balance of your account credit will be applied first, with the remaining balance divided into 2 equal installments. Your first installment will be charged at the time of renewal. Your second installment will be charged on on July 11, 2022.
COVID-19 health and safety protocols may be in effect for these performances; you will be notified of any protocols in advance of your performance. All ticket holders are required to comply.
