COVID-19 Credit Terms and Conditions

The Book of Mormon

Credit will be issued when you click on the “CREDIT MY BROADWAY ACCOUNT” button in this email. Credits will be applied to all applicable accounts on or about April 30, 2020. Credit value will be inclusive of the face value of your tickets. Credit is not redeemable for cash, and is only redeemable (in whole or in part) towards the purchase of tickets for Broadway in Portlandperformances at Keller Auditorium (including season subscriptions, additional subscription tickets, group sales tickets, seat upgrades and exchanges). Purchase amounts that exceed the value of the Credit will require an additional method of payment for the balance due. Credit is non-transferrable and can only be used for orders associated with your account. To obtain the balance of your Credit, please call 503.417.0573 or log in to your account at https://am.ticketmaster.com/portlandopera1 (Season Subscribers). In most cases, the balance is adjusted immediately when you make a purchase, but there may be occasions when the updated balance is delayed for a period of time. This credit will be usable until redeemed in full pursuant to these Terms and Conditions. Clicking the “CREDIT MY ACCOUNT” button in this email to receive a Credit instead of a refund for cancelled performances constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once you have done so and the Credit is applied to your account, that refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you. Credits are only available for tickets purchased directly through Broadway in Portland. Broadway in Portland is not responsible for the ticketing practices put in place by secondary ticket providers.

COVID-19 Donation Terms and Conditions

The Book of Mormon

Portland Opera is a 501(c)3 tax-exempt organization. Your donation will be tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. There is an “above-the-line” or universal charitable giving incentive for contributions made in 2020 of up to $300. This provision will now allow all non-itemizer taxpayers (close to 90% of all taxpayers) to deduct charitable contributions from their tax return, an incentive previously unavailable to them. Additionally, recent stimulus legislation lifts the existing cap on annual contributions for itemizers from 60% of adjusted gross income (AGI) to 100% of AGI for contributions made in 2020. Portland Opera will send you a tax receipt by January 31, 2021. Please contact Portland Opera directly should you have any questions regarding your receipt. Selecting the “Donate to Portland Opera” option instead of receiving a refund for cancelled performances constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Once you have made this selection and the donation is applied, that refund is deemed to have been paid to and received by you.
