Chicago - National Tour

The Tony-winning revival of Kander and Ebb's classic will razzle dazzle you!

Paige Davis, Terra C. MacLeod & Carol Woods Will Jazz It Up in Chicago on Tour

The Cook County jail just got some new inmates! Paige Davis, Terra C. MacLeod and Carol Woods will kick off the national tour of Chicago, along with previously announced star John O’Hurley as Billy Flynn. The national tour launches on August 31 in Tacoma and will make stops in Portland, Madison, Fort Lauderdale and more. Davis, MacLeod and Woods will all join the Broadway production before heading out on tour.

Emmy nominee Davis (Home Made Simple) returns to the role of sexy and selfish Roxie Hart after making her Broadway debut as the merry murderess in 2004 and returning to the Kander and Ebb musical for a limited engagement last April. She has also been seen on Broadway in Boeing, Boeing and on tour in Sweet Charity, Beauty and the Beast and The Vagina Monologues. MacLeod has played Velma on Broadway, London’s West End, Chicago’s French premieres in Montreal and Paris, and on tour. Carol Woods will reprise her performance as Matron “Mama” Morton, having played the role on Broadway. She has also been seen in The Crucible, The Goodbye Girl and Follies.

Seinfeld favorite and Dancing with the Stars runner-up O’Hurley will reprise his role as Billy Flynn in the Tacoma premiere, performing in select engagements, which include Portland, St. Louis, Madison, Fort Lauderdale, Austin, Oklahoma City and Tulsa.

Set in the legendary city during the roaring “jazz hot” 20s, Chicago tells the story of two rival vaudevillian murderesses locked up in Cook County Jail. A story of fame, fortune and seduction that has thrilled Broadway audiences for years, Chicago features a score by John Kander and Fred Ebb that includes the hits “All That Jazz,” “Roxie” and “Razzle Dazzle.”
