Broadway Season FAQs

Where can I find the terms and conditions of a season subscription?
Season Subscriptions, and all Tickets and Additional Tickets purchased under any Subscription, are subject to the Broadway Across America Standard Season Subscription Terms and Conditions posted on our website at BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com. By purchasing a Season Subscription, you agree to such Terms and Conditions. We do not support the reselling of these tickets above face value through any means other than through authorized reselling programs of Broadway Across America. Doing so will constitute a breach of these Season Subscription Terms and Conditions and Account Holders who violate this rule may be subject to revocation of their purchasing status and seats.

Where can I buy tickets?

If you are not a Broadway Across America Portland subscriber and you’d like to buy single tickets to any of our current shows, you can purchase tickets through the Portland Center for the Performing Arts new online ticketing system, eVenue.  You can access the online ticketing site by clicking the “Buy Tickets” link for any of our shows on BroadwayAcrossAmerica.com/Portland or through the PCPA.com website.  Tickets are also available at the PCPA Box Office (1111 SW Broadway), the Portland Opera Box office (211 SE Caruthers), and all TicketsWest outlets including select Safeway stores.  You can also charge by phone by calling TicketsWest at 503.946.7272 or toll free 1.800.273-1530.

Do you have assistance for people with disabilities?

Wheelchair Seating
Wheelchair seating is available in the Keller Auditorium. Patrons requiring this service are asked to contact the Portland Opera Box Office in advance at 503-241-1802 or contact the PCPA Box Office at 503-248-4335.

Special Hearing Devices
Free headsets for the wireless listening system are available at the Coat Room.

Accessible Seating Tickets
Broadway Across America Portland and Portland Opera Presents strive to make it easy to purchase accessible seating tickets for all productions. Accessible seating areas are solely for people with disabilities and their companion. ASL signed performances as well as Open Captioning is available at select performances. Please call 503-241-1802 for performance and seating information.

I left something at the theatre. Is there a lost and found?

Lost and found items may be turned in to the Keller Auditorium Coat Room where they may be claimed following the performance. Articles may also be claimed later at the PCPA Stage Door, 1111 SW Broadway, during business hours, or call 503-274-6551.

How can I be reached at the theatre if there is an emergency?

Keller Auditorium's emergency phone number is 503-274-6560. Please leave that phone number and the exact location of your seat (section, row, seat) with your sitter or service so we can locate you in the event of an emergency.

Is parking available at Keller Auditorium?

Parking

There are a number of parking garages near Keller Auditorium. On street parking is also available, metered until 7pm.

Public Transit

The Keller Auditorium is accessible by the TriMet MAX, Portland Streetcar, and a number of bus routes. Click here for the closest stops and stations

Group FAQs

When can I purchase group tickets?

Right now! Group tickets are available for the entire season.

Can my group be split up in different seating areas?

Subject to seat availability, your group may choose to sit in different seating areas, depending on the preference of each member of your group.

Can I add or reduce seats after placing my order?

Subject to seat availability we are happy to help you arrange seats for new group members.  We will try to get the new seats as close to your existing seats as possible.  You can also drop the number of seats you have reserved, as long as you stay above the group minimum.  Once you have paid in full and the tickets have been mailed, you cannot reduce your group.  Tickets are non-refundable.

Can I make payments in person?

Yes, we request that you call ahead to schedule an appointment.
Office hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.
